- Material: 50% Cotton, 50% Polyester - All sweatshirts are fleece
- They fit true to size, but we recommend sizing up for a cozy fit
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
-Once the order has been placed, please be on the lookout for a separate email from me with my address so that you can ship your baby's garments to me.
- I can use onesies, clothing, hospital blankets or swaddle (I prefer at least 2 outfits if they are 0-3 months size. No more than 4 outfits).
- Cotton material works best but other fabrics can be used as well
- Ship in a Ziplock bag and include your name/order number with the clothes/blanket you send.
- We will ship back the rest of the garment/blanket with your keepsake sweater
- If you have a specific thread color request, please include that in your order notes, otherwise we will use our expertise to choose the best color
Turn Around Time + Shipping
- Your keepsake will ship in 7-14 business days, only AFTER I have received your baby’s outfit. This does not include shipping time. Shipping will be a standard 5-7 business days.
- Please understand that there will be a delay with your order if we do not receive your garments in a timely manner. Your items need to be shipped within a couple days after the order is placed to ensure timely production of your keepsake sweatshirt.
Current TAT is 10 - 14 business days this does not include shipping time. TAT is subject to change depending on order volume
TRVL Designs TAT is 2-4 weeks; this does not include shipping time.
After shipment occurs, delivery dates differ on location. 3-5 business days is expected for the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
All sales are final due to the nature of each item being made-to-order. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer error, please email me at theembroiderymama@gmail.com with photos of damage or incorrect product and we will get it taken care of for you.
